Using Voice Biometric Software to Answer Calls

Biometric software has existed for over a decade.  But only now are we seeing it used on a large scale.  I run a small dental office in the Bronx.  We do a good job and have a pretty high call volume at times.  Because of this we have been looking for a new kind of system that will answer our calls for us. We have been considering voice biometric software to run the calls.  I am very excited about what this could do for our company.  I already know that it will be much better than what we are currently doing.
