The refinancing that Martin qualifies for

It was about four years ago I got involved with flying model airplanes. It was my friend Martin who got me started in flying planes. He had been in the Marine Corps as a pilot and he had taken his passion to this hobby when he had retired. I was over at Martins the other day and we were putting together one of his new planes when he got a phone call from a banker. Martin was told that he qualified for two different Mortgage Refinancing loans. One was a fixed product of the principal and interest type. The other loan was of the straight interest type.
