Legal Issues and Letting Agents

It has kind of happened by accident that I have been able to acquire different properties and rent them out. Since I am not a professional when it comes to letting I have to make sure to hire Knightsbridge letting agents that are professional to handle the properties for me. I have to be very certain that these agents are keeping up to date with the current legalities of the letting market and they are passing down this information on to me on a need to know basis. They can handle the day to day operations while I am apprised of the major issues.
