What kind of panic attack symptoms do you experience?

For me, the sense of a racing heartbeat, the flush of my face, the inability to retain a steady hand and a lack of patience are the most prominent panic attack symptoms.  Others report experiencing tightness in the chest or headaches.  I do often times get a headache when tension is high but when I am feeling anxious, usually I just start to feel out of control.  I do have medication that I use when I’ve let my life spiral out of control too much, but generally speaking, I can lie down in a cook dark room and find relief from the anxiety.  Meditating is another way to calm the body’s nervous system so the feelings of impatience and lack of concentration dissipate.
