The reason I say mentor is the fact that Robert has helped me lose close to 75 pounds in six months. I’m only 32 years old; however I weigh close to 300 pounds. I’m only 5 foot 10 and because of this I knew I needed to lose weight. Robert had some very good health advice because of his own health issues. Two years before Robert was diagnosed with an enlarged prostate and he has been taking care of it through a variety of ways.
