Vista Freezes Can Be Fixed

People that have been using computers for a long time usually know how to fix or avoid issues like freezing, non-responsive programs and crashes.  Newer users have very little experience with these issues, so they do not know how to fix or avoid them.  Here are some tips for vista freezes for the novice user.  If you don’t have one, get a good virus protection program and schedule it to run scans when you are not using your computer.  Next, run disk defragment then disk cleanup from your program files/system tools menu (this can be done weekly or monthly depending on your usage).  Make sure to get a good Windows registry cleaner to fix and delete data in the registry.  You can also remove unwanted programs and change your startup settings to make startup faster (learn how to do this before you try it). These tasks will help keep your computer running at peak performance.
