The House Has Been Sold

The house that had belonged to my wife’s grandmother has been sold. It is a bittersweet day for my wife. She is happy that she was able to get a good deal on the house but it is also like she is closing the chapter on her life with her grandmother. I know that she misses her a lot. My wife sold the house on her own, with the help of a flat fee mls. That really helped to get the exposure that she needed. I am glad that the house has been sold, being the executor of the estate is a lot of work.

We Are Moving to Florida

My family and I are going to be moving to Florida. My husband has been offered a terrific job and my whole family is thrilled about it. We have a little bit of time to get things ready and so we are going to head down to Jacksonville next week to look at houses. As a teacher at Pima College, I tell new students all the time that they should rent tucson.  The dorms here are fine but it is not conducive of a studying atmosphere.  By renting an apartment they can have the quiet they need to fully study their materials.  A great local complex called Villa Antiqua is great for students.  It has a huge common area, a great swimming pool, and a workout room.  It is close enough to Pima College to be convenient and provides the atmosphere a student needs to do his best in his studies and to help him step into his new life.

It’s Moving Day

 After my sister got settled into her new place I decided to check rent tucson to see if there were anymore vacancies. I called up the gentleman that met with my sister and he told me there was still one more vacancy. I met with the gentleman and signed my lease.
