Although I love her for caring so much, I do feel a little smothered at times. I wanted to prove to her that I can take care of myself, so I did not tell her when I bought a new car. By the time she found out I had already purchased the tag and paid for the Insurance. I felt really bad after I did it, because I could tell that I had hurt her feelings. I just wanted her to know that I am a responsible adult.
